    Meet Toby! Toby is a gorgeous, apricot-colored poodle whose sweet and gentle nature will steal your heart away. Toby is 5 years old and weighs approximately 15-lbs. Toby is great on leash and loves going for walks. He also enjoys car rides, shopping and hanging out with friends. Because Toby had chemical burns to the left side of his face his left eye needed to be removed, and once his hair grows back it will hardly be noticeable. He's so special and so loving, and everyone who meets him falls in love. Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation. We do not adopt out of state.

    Bugsy (A1690617) is a 65-lb, 6 year old Shar Pei mix who was brought to the Los Angeles Animal Services East Valley Shelter as a stray in need of medical attention. The shelter staff and foster volunteers brought him back to good health and he is currently in foster and available for adoption through the shelter. Bugsy is happiest taking a nap next to people he loves, going on neighborhood walks and jogs, and sniffing out exciting smells in the grass. Bugsy was successful in play group at the shelter with similarly sized dogs, but he loves to chase and may not do well in a home with most cats.     Gina was living on the streets with a painful eye condition. She was trapped and brought to the shelter, where she was mislabeled as feral. She was at the shelter for over three months. She needed entropion surgery on her eye and was being passed over. H.E.L.P. rescued her and got her the much needed surgery.     Meet Lucy and Bella! These sweet girls are 4.5 and 5.5 years old, respectively. Lucy is a bright little soul, and pulls people in with those big brown eyes of hers. She's a miniature pinscher Chihuahua mix who weighs approximately 13 pounds, and has the most gorgeous reddish-brown coat. Lucy just loves to be around people in general and to receive lots of belly rubs and kisses. Bella is the shyer Chihuahua of the duo. She came to us extremely overweight at about 26 pounds but so far with plenty of exercise and a normal diet she has already lost six pounds!
